Meditation with Mindfulness Movement

Please note:  We will be taking the month of December off. Class resumes January 20.  Start your new year by attending and bringing a friend!

This class will begin with a combination of Qi Gong movement and gentle yoga poses to help settle the body and mind and prepare for sitting meditation.  The 30 minute meditation period will include instruction and an opportunity to ask questions about the practice at the end.  The overall focus is on mindfulness of body and breath and how to develop awareness on the mat/cushion as well as in daily life.

There is no charge; though traditionally we offer a small donation to cover costs. There is no need to register. We do not meet on major holidays or in inclement weather.
