This group will resume meeting when a new site is found.
This class begins with a combination of Qi Gong movement and gentle yoga poses to help settle the body and mind and prepare for sitting meditation. The 30 minute meditation period includes instruction and an opportunity to ask questions about the practice at the end. The overall focus is on mindfulness of body and breath and how to develop awareness on the mat/cushion as well as in daily life.
There is no charge; we encourage generosity to the teacher and for the space. There is no need to register. We do not meet on major holidays or in inclement weather.
