I have been a part of the DZIMC Sangha for many years and find my level of gratitude for this community is dramatically deepening. I am grateful for the wonderful teachers that are invited by the Retreat Committee to share their understanding of the Dhamma, that then by practicing with and listening to these teachers deepens my practice and ability to be in this world with it’s present difficulties and joys! I am grateful for all of the members of the Guiding Sangha who help keep this ship afloat and thriving. I am grateful for all of the people who continue to attend our sitting groups, retreats and social gatherings! I am grateful for and take refuge in the Buddha, I am grateful for and take refuge in the Dhamma, and I am grateful for and take refuge in this sangha!!

I am likewise grateful for our Sangha. Life would be bereft without it. I find Sangha to be a warm embrace, a place to rest, a place where I know I am acceptable, a place where warm friendship is always available. I am both thankful and amazed that Dharma Zephyr has prospered and continued for 30 years. Here’s to another 30!
