I’m working more than I have in seven years as a psychotherapist, seeing many new clients and hearing many stories. I am so grateful that I have the skills to help them. It’s been very rewarding to feel open to hear about their suffering and to be able to offer understanding, compassion and new tools to meet their challenges. And my metta (lovingkindness) practice has continued to nourish me.
