RAIN: Working with Difficult Emotions through Embodied Presence and Compassion

This weekend will offer guided meditations using the mindfulness-based RAIN process to attune to your specific difficult emotions by Recognizing, Allowing, Investigating, and resting in Non-identification or Natural Awareness. We will practice mindful movement to cultivate embodied presence and open access to energy held within the emotion. We will also sit in silence and have time for sharing direct experience of the RAIN practice.
