Helpers

I am grateful for all the people out there who put out useful tools and information that helps me form my life. I’ve expressed my gratitude for spiritual teachers before, but I’m also grateful for others out there trying to help: Drew Ackerman, Rich Roll, Rob Bell, Andrew Huberman, Jud Brewer, Michael Greger, Ryder Carroll. (Just the few that come to mind at the moment.) I don’t know these people, but they have influenced my life for the better. Thank you, everyone!
