Perseverance

I am grateful that Perseverance landed safely on Mars. So nice to have good news! The video of the EDL was astonishing! I didn’t know we were going to be able to SEE it! Lot to be said for miniature cameras. It’s so amazing that we can send these robots to another planet to do science and exploration. It wasn’t THAT long ago we didn’t even know what the planets were; they were just points of light that moved in a funny way in the sky. We are clever creatures.
